Abortion Laws affecting the Sanctity of Life
Since the Roe v. Wade decision by the United States Supreme Court in January, 1973, abortion has been legal in all 50 States during all 9 months of pregnancy. While some states have been able to pass what appear to be restrictions on the practice of abortion, no abortion can ultimately be legally prevented in America.
Even abortion for sex selection or other genetic manipulation reasons is perfectly legal.
Also very disturbing is the obvious contradiction between abortion law and the rest of our legal system. Read about a current glaring example of such a case in Murder And Not Murder - The Absurdity Of It All.
